  1. Timely quarterly procurement of medicines from CMS and open market.
  2. Increase tracer drug availability Reg Av from 80% to 85%.
  3. Technical support  and monitoring  visits to health facilities
  4. Monitoring of rational use of medicine core indicators and the promotion of rational use of medicines.
  5. Equitable distribution of pharmacy personnel at all levels.
  6. To improve institutional debt recovery.
  7. Ensure 24 hours pharmaceutical services at the regional and all district facility
  8. Promote in-house or local manufacture of extemporaneous preparation in the regional and district hospitals
